Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your Lyncly account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Self-service (instant)
- 1Sign in to your Lyncly account at lyncly.io/login
- 2Go to Dashboard → Settings
- 3Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
- 4Click "Delete Account" and confirm
Option 2 — Email request
If you no longer have access to your account, email us directly:
support@lyncly.ioInclude the email address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and email address
- All connected Instagram accounts and stored access tokens
- All campaigns, keywords, and message templates
- All lead records and DM logs
- All webhook events and analytics data
- Your subscription (cancels at period end)
Deletion timeline
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged within 60 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Facebook / Instagram connected data
If you connected your Instagram account via Facebook Login, you can also revoke Lyncly's access directly from Facebook:
- 1Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
- 2Click "Apps and Websites"
- 3Find Lyncly and click Remove
Revoking access on Facebook removes Lyncly's ability to act on your account, but does not delete data already stored in Lyncly. Use one of the options above to delete your Lyncly data.
